Jennifer has been writing all her
life. She did business writing in the corporate world
for several years, but decided to make a freelance career of it in
2005.
She
started by writing her first book, Bubba Goes National, which is
currently working through the publishing process. Budget Horse-Keeping
for the New Horse Owner is available on YouPublish, and she has several
other books in various stages of writing and editing.
Jennifer
has written copy for a number of websites and published articles
in Modern Arabian Horse, Arabian Horse Times and Sierra Style, among
others, including monthly contributions to Horseman's
News magazine. She also writes for Associated Content and other online
writing
sites
and
contests
for
fun and practice.
Jennifer has won or placed in several Accentuate Writers contests
and her stories will appear in their upcoming anthology.
When she's not writing, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband,
Greg, and showing her Arabian horses in dressage, hunter
pleasure, and halter. She also teaches and performs ballroom dancing
at The Ballroom of Sacramento.
Greg
Walker started his writing career in the early 1980s while at the
University of California. Writing took a back seat when he pursued
a lifelong dream of becoming a professional chef, a career that he
pursued for the following decade in Europe and the United States.
Taking inspiration from his beloved wife, Jennifer, he has re-kindled
his writing passion and looks forward to a career as a professional
author. Greg still enjoys cooking for his family, playing with his
puppy, and traveling.
